It's where we introduce you to the signature attributes all managers should look to exhibit, as an important adjunct to what they do, that will enhance their reputation for being a great leader and their grow their personal capacity to be more influential.

To put it another way, having the title and/or requisite capabilities doesn’t mean you necessarily have the relational standing to be truly influential, and it is here where the TRAC attributes we introduce you to will prove invaluable regardless of whether you are an aspiring, emerging or experienced leader.

Chris is an experienced consultant and management coach, and the owner & developer of the Connected Leadership framework and development system.

Chris brings some three decades of experience in workforce behaviour, organisation reform, leadership, and industrial relations, and remains passionate about the power that collaboration can bring to your workplace and to the managers who lead them.

Chris' work in executive and front line management coaching and development is reinforced with current accreditations (eg DISC; MLQ Full Range Leadership) and certifications in Neuroscience (from Neuro Leadership Institute) .

    Demonstrating Transparency

    Explore the importance of having your story that others can relate to and use to assess the honesty in how you conduct yourself. Consider the practicalities of showcasing your transparency in a preference to engage others in meaningful dialogue where rationale, ideas and resolutions become clear

  • Level 03

    Demonstrating Resilience

    Explore resilience and its importance in motivating others through your capacity to achieve outcomes, learn, bounce back and maintain your energy and composure to that endeavour. Consider the practicalities of building your own levels of mental fitness and performance mindset.

  • Level 04

    Demonstrating Accountability

    Explore the importance of being a role model, when it comes to embracing your true purpose of as a leader to develop yourself and others. Consider the practicalities of demonstrating that through how you look to solicit and respond to feedback to improve yourself

    Demonstrating Care

    Explore how care goes beyond empathy and proactively recognises, protects and supports others. Consider further how care can be demonstrated through building a strong level of personal rapport through 1:1 commitment building within the context of applicable rights and obligations.
